Headquarters Air Reserve Personnel Center (ARPC) has implemented a new system to reduce the processing time for officer and enlisted performance reports. This automated system has processed nearly 20,000 officer and enlisted performance reports. This new application is being used to combat the evaluations backlog and allows technicians to focus on evaluations that require more oversight instead of reviewing each officer performance report or enlisted performance report submitted to ARPC. Approximately 20 percent of all evaluations are being processed automatically with this system. It is planned that the number will increase to 80 percent in the future.
